“Safe Harbor”. Latest charcoal/pastel drawing

Click on the title above to leave a comment. “Safe Harbor” original and prints to be offered for sale by the end of January. Another of the new lighthouse collection as well as one more I wanted of Ocracoke. What a beautiful scene!  Everything is exactly as I saw it and the pastel orange, pink, blue, gray, and white sky was a hard act to follow when drawing in everything else...drawing from top to bottom. The sailboat is the Islita and she does a commendable job of complimenting this scene so well.

Bruce – your artwork is so stunning! You are a very gifted artist.

By chance, is Beth Gilbert your wife? We went to Peace College together in the 1970s and lost touch many years ago. If so, please say hello to her for me! ~ Kate
