Shipping policy

Shipping charges are free to customers in the United States.  Every effort is made to get all orders mailed out in a timely manner.

Original art can usually be mailed out in one to two days via two day priority mail.  However, if the purchased drawing is one which is very recently finished, it may be at the printer’s being digitized and the time to receive this art is usually one to two weeks.  

Prints, however, are sometimes printed as they are ordered. It takes five to fourteen days for the studio to receive prints from the printer, whereupon they are usually mailed out on the same day or within two days of receiving them here at the studio. This usually will result in the customer receiving print orders seven to sixteen days after ordering if the ordered print is not in stock...Otherwise orders are mailed out in one to two days from the date of order.

All prints come packaged flat on a 13”x16” piece of non-acid foam board and enclosed in a clear resealable art sleeve. This in turn is covered with another piece of foam board for more protection, covered on both sides with 1/16' cardboard, banded together with ribbons, and then placed inside an 18”x20", 18'x22", or 18'x23" cardboard “sandwich” (according to how many prints are mailed) to give the prints full protection against damage occurring during shipment. 

All original art is placed flat between a non-acid piece of solid foam board, on the back, and a protective foam core matte on the face, and taped together. The art and foam core matte and backing are then covered with yet another piece of solid foam board, covered on both sides with a 1/16' piece of cardboard, banded together with paper strips to avoid movement during shipping, and placed in a larger 22"x26" cardboard “sandwich” for absolute protection.

Most art is mailed out two day priority and you should receive them within three days, in most instances, after they’re shipped.
