"The Light on Bodie Island" is a 14"x18" charcoal/colored pencil drawing of the Bodie Island Lighthouse in The Cape Hatteras National Seashore overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.  One of North Carolina's most beautiful lighthouses that always seems to draw well and, somehow, with a historic feeling.  The grass in in this drawing is the element I chose to use pastels to depict, with the lighthouse itself being black and white in charcoal.  The unframed 14"x18" original drawing is offered for 500.00.  Signed and numbered, limited edition (1000) archival quality prints (11"x14" image centered on 13"x16" Epson hot press 300 gsm paper) are available for 75.00.
