Currituck
“Currituck” is a 14”x18” charcoal/pastels drawing of the Currituck lighthouse at Corolla, situated on the northernmost North Carolina Outer Banks. The lighthouse, its keeper’s house, and the sky are represented in pastels while everything else is in charcoal. This lighthouse drew very well and I was pleased with the way the charoal and the pastels compliment each other. The brick lighthouse against the ultramarine blue sky and the charcoal trees makes it unique and the kind of drawing I'd like to have as an option for people looking for a lighthouse drawing or print. The last of my NC lighthouse collection. The original unframed 14"x18" drawing in 550.00. Signed and numbered, limited edition (1000) archival quality prints (11"x14" image centered on 13"x16" Epson hot press 300 gsm paper) are available for 75.00.
